While we are happy to file claims on your behalf and assist with direct reimbursement so you can maximize any available benefits, we do not accept assignment of benefits. This allows the relationship to remain where it belongs—between you and your doctor—without third-party insurance companies dictating treatment recommendations, timing, or quality of care.
It’s important to understand that dental insurance is very different from medical insurance. Most dental plans function more like a coupon or limited-use benefit than true comprehensive coverage. Annual maximums are often low, many services are restricted or downgraded, and coverage decisions are based on plan limitations—not necessarily what is clinically ideal for you. Insurance
We are out-of-network to allow Dr. Chan to invest in advanced educational opportunities, technology, and high-quality dental materials to better serve our patients. Dr. Chan feels this is the only way for her to provide care at the highest level. We have the luxury of being able to focus on one patient per provider rather than jumping around to different treatment rooms.
Should you appreciate a financing option, we accept CareCredit, Cherry and short-term payment plans. Consult with Cindy once you have a treatment plan for the best option available to you.
